Just when I thought Nikicio couldn’t get any cooler, it did. And brilliantly, no less.

There I was, walking into a photo-shoot that was just wrapping up, and already my breaths were leaving me astray. The models were beautiful, each in their own way, and what caught my heart were the unforgiving radiance of the wardrobe from heaven, also known as Nikicio Vol. 03.

The cutting was stellar, the ideas were refreshing, the pieces could easily be staple in anyone’s collection. Shirt dresses, skirts, jackets appear in basic colors but when you see closer, they are anything but the basic take on fashion. Take for instance the blue draped jacket. It’s derived from an indispensable article—a jacket—but the drapery on the front part became an exclamation mark, departing itself from everyday stuff that could easily be tedious. And how the accessories would make you scrape for every penny.

Nikicio Vol. 03 is everything Nikicio is known for, and yet she still managed to put that peculiar jolt in our lives, the kind we experience when we meet the love of our lives.
